Myself and my sister have both changed our covers on the sony ericsson k800i. we now have some problems with the phone, my backlight won't come on and my sister can't hear when someone phones her, can you help?

your sisters is quite simple as there wil be a connection fault. your may have a conection fault but sounds more like led membrane damage.
