For all intents and purposes, you can't. The STRDA3200ES has no tape monitor and it has no main out/pre in loop. Sony quit selling the SEQ711 and all EQs qfter they quit making receivers with tape monitors.
The 3200 has a tape out and in section, but it is not a tape monitor. Tape Monitoes allow us to select a source (CD, DVD, Phono, etc.) and send it to the tape deck, then listen to the tape deck. The tape switch on the 3200 et. al. takes the sound away from the source (CD, DVD, Phono, etc.) when we select Tape, so there is nothing there to equalize.
A possible solution exists, you can come out of the front pre outputs and go to the EQ in, then take the EQ outs and go to an outboard power amp. A possible drawback is that most seperate power amps do not have the fullness or detail of the 3200. You would have to rewire the speakers every time you wanted to listen to surround sound.
A second problem is that the SEQ711 does not have the same lack of distortion (phase, TIM, and THD) that the 3200 has. The EQ in the 3200, once you get used to it, may prove to be superior sound.
That's my 2 cents.
