It really depends on your experience you can find many deals. Personally I live view sonic for cost effectiveness and overall performace. I WOULD NOT buy an Acer the last Acer had a static splash screen that burned the dislay wit hte ACER logo on a server in a cabinet. The overall quality was poor on a few others we bought.

My company just purchased a user a View-sonic VG1930WM monitor. The user complains that the monitor goes into sleep mode. I checked all of her power options on her computer and they are set for the monitor to stay on. Is there a setting on the monitor itself that allows it to go into sleep mode?
