Question about Canon PIXMA iP5300 InkJet Photo Printer
Canon Pixma ip 5300: can't get the cartridge that is empty out. It is a compatible I am afraid to say. I don't want to push or tug too much for fear of damaging the print head. Is it because I let it get really empty to finish some printing? Thanks.
This may sound crazy but I had a friend call me and said he couldn't get his empty ink cartridge out of his ip3500. Same problem I think.
First you probably did this but wont hurt to ask. Did you lift the top deck cover up, then where the word CANON on the front panel is, did you open that by pulling it toward you. All this has to be done with the power on so the Ink holder can cycle to the center, so you can easily remove an ink cartridge. Hope this helps. Bud
