Question about HP PSC 1510 All-In-One InkJet Printer
My parents have an HP PSC 1510. They are trying to scan with it, but it's not working (tried from the printer control panel). By phone, I got them to check for updates - none found. I also got them to open the Image Zone panel and try to scan from there. A panel came up asking which OS they were using, but the latest offered was Windows 98... they have Windows ME. A msg said they should install W98. The printer is connected by USB. They can print OK.
Thanks for any help.
