Your best bet is to go to the website of the company that manufactures your motherboard.  They will usually have a download section that you can download the drivers for all their motherboard devices. If you don't know the name of the motherboard and it's not stamped on the board, you can go to  www.belarc.com/free_download.html  and run this program to find out the name of the board.
Thanks
Mark

To boot from cd or pendrive, the device needs to be bootable. In otherwords to re install your Operating system, you will need an Operating System Disc.

I have lost D102 Mother board CD need sound driver.... urgently

download this ultimate driver disc at
(http://www.mininova.org/tor/1744818)
***will need a torrent downloader to DL it***
burn it as a dvd iso/image on nero or what ever burning rom you have. it will solve all your driver needs. garunteed. after you burn it as a dvd rom, put it in a dvd drive then go into control panel, administrative tools, component management, then go to device manager, find the video or audio controller or device and just right click and update driver. a screen should pop up and choose the install from a list or specific location. click next and check the include this location in search and then click browse. find the drive with the dvd rom that you burn and click it and then click ok. after just click next and it should do all the work. repeat process for any and all other drivers you need. (other instructions on how to use is on the website) hope this helps you. Good luck. please rate.

First, make sure the onboard audio is enabled in the BIOS. Then make sure it's listed in Device Manager, then download the latest driver from the Asus website.
