Question about KitchenAid 24 in. KUDI02IRBS Stainless Steel Built-in Dishwasher
We just moved in and replaced dishwasher because old one had bad pump. Noticed that we are still not getting clean dishes out. I noticed that there is not air gap coming up to the top of my sink. Could that be the problem? Do I really need one?
That is a sink overflow hole that should have nothing to do with your dishwasher or disposal. You wont have that feature any kitchen sink that has to accomodate a disposal at the bottom.
If your machine is cycling properly, it could just be that it is a kitchenaid, like mine, and they just are not as high quality as they used to be.
