To have more storage capacity for your phone, delete unimportant SMS in your INBOX, OUTBOX and SENT ITEMS. Delete also unimportant pictures, videos, music and ringtones. The phone memory is relatively small and is shared to all data and other files that are stored in the phone. By deleting some of these will free you some memory.
Alternatively, you can also put in a Micro SD memory card (Memory Card model depends to what your cell phone is compatible of, Micro SD is a sample) to your phone which will also increase its storage capacity. A Micro SD Card look something like the picture below.
This is a very common issue and can be fixed very easily. Download all those songs into the defaul music folders or else change your memory settings.ie play music from memory card instead of main memory.
If your saying you put it in another phone, usually you need to save the data that is on the card to your pc, then when you put it in another phone, you have to format the card with that phone then take it out and put the pics or data back on and your all set.
Do Not format a sd card with windows, if you want to remove anything just delete it, do not format with windows.
Hopefully you have the card holder, regular size sd card that the micro goes into, and you have a card slot on your pc or a card reader so you can swap stuff back and forth from card to pc.
did u check your sd card in card reader through pc..or by putting it to another phone..
check it plz... if it works in any condition then its mean your phone card slot has problem and if it doesnt work at all then its mean the card has damaged..
I have a similar problem, the issue for me was windows media player was creating a folder called music on my sd card and uploading the music there during sync function. However, the phone only looks in the \my_music folder on the SD card. Sync your phone, then rename the newly created music folder to my_music and the player will work. Still looking for a permanent solution to this problem.
