I can't turn off HP

I can't turn off HP All-n-one printer. It
shows " shutting down" on the display window during all day after I sent a Fax. I believe I made a mistake during the Fax.
Now any key that I press does not change anything.The control panel that shows lights on are the on and off key, the auto answer fax , the photo menu and the Ethernet.
What can I do to get this problem solve.

Removing the power cord from the wall for 5-10 minutes should clear up this "burp".
