Question about Apple iPod MA446LL/A MP3 Player
I had my Ipod for about 6-8 months when the videos randomly stopped working. I researched the problem and I'm not alone but have yet to find an answer that works. After selecting a video the screen comes up black and after a second the play arrow and battery meter show, but thats it. No sound, no video. I can fast forward to a screenshot but the video still will not play. As far as restarting and restoring; I have tried it all. Different types of videos, sizes and even purchased videos. I am currently still searching for a fix or even some kind of patch/hack. If you have any idea of how to fix this problem please let me know. Thank you.
Sometimes the videos will not play because they are not in the proper format. You can check the format by right clicking on the file. I assume that you know that because you watched videos before.
It could also be a circuit board problem. In that case you would have to replace the circuit board. Also, you could check the video output to make sure that you do not have TV output checked.
