Question about Motorola Mobility W220 Cellular Phone

I switched on my w220 phone right now and the screen is blank and kind of ghostly blue. i can hear the radio n calls n everything but can't check messages or settings or anything that needs the visual screen. last time i touched the phone, it was charging and i turned off the alarm while the phone was still switched off. how do i fix this?? please help.

Its ribbon must be broken.In phones with flap it happens.Ribbon is the thing which connects display to the motherboard.If ur phone is in warranty period u can get it repaired by company.Else u might end paying around 300 bucks,that too to a loacal mobile shop

I cant hear any phone calls without using earphone on my motorola w220 handset.& I cant see anything on my screen.


Did you make sure you disconnected it under bluetooth settings first? Because the phone might still be transferring the sounds to the earphone.

W220 hearing problem!


The internal screen settings only adjust volume of ringer, the external button on side adjusts ear piece/hand set volume.
If the volume buttons do not turn up the volume of the hand set then the handset is defective
