Print spooler automatic it will stop

I dont know how your print server is configured but you may want to see if the manufacturer of the printers have any updated drivers or try older version of the drivers. If just printing you may want to set the printer to a TCP/IP port and use generic print protocols.

What is the product key of windows 2003

Hi there Jan,

Fixya does not provide product keys in activating softwares. Please try to understand that using such "free" keys acquired over the internet is illegal and would get you into software piracy. Microsoft detects IPs using these illegal keys and would block your IP. I would highly suggest you purchase your own license key, especially because, this is for a windows server. By using genuine license, you will be able to update your server to the latest fixes and security patches.

I hope you find this information useful. Thank you for using FIxya.

We Are Using Windows 2003 Server,But We Are Not Able To Access Server From Win XP & Win 98 Clients & Also We Are Not Able To Access Clients From Win 2003 Server. Please Help.

You must be on same domain/workgroup to see it and the computers should have an account on the server.
If not you MUST have a user account you are using on the server.
You can try to connect using the IP address of the server as such:
Go to start.run then type \\Serverip\c$ it should then ask for credentials
If not then your server is not on the network properly and you should contact a consultant in your area to configure the server

For that connect your router to directly to lan ports of your server.and install another ethernet lan card on server so that ports connect with switch.
Then configure your router as bridge connection then set dns as your server ip in all computers. Then you can get 100% fast internet.
Let me know if you need further assistance.
Thanks for using FixYa.

DNS

If the Windows 2003 server is utilized as the DNS server, then yes it should be set to 192.168.1.5. You need to get into the Linksys router via http://192.168.1.1 and under DNS of DHCP if it is set to .1.1. You should be able to change it to .1.5.

I have a Windows 2003 SBS Standard Edition. The IP address is: 192.168.1.5 I also have a linksys WRV210 (192.168.1.1). This is what shows up on client machine (XP Pro) Physical Address. . . . . . . ....

Your DNS should be 192.168.1.1, which is the IP of your router, unless you are running your own registered DNS server on Windows 2003.

If you are having issues with loading websites when you go out to the Internet, you may want to log in to the admin account on your router and manually type in the DNS information that the router is getting from your ISP.
