There should be a door that slides to reveal the SD card slot. Keep looking. Worse case: check the manual for it.

I'm sorry, but once you spill liquid on an electronic product you can kiss it good bye. Especially liquid with sugar or salt content. These products are highly corrosive and develop permanent damage to a circuit board. You may not see the results of the damage until later since corrosion develops in time.

I tried to tranfer my photos to my computer and

In order to transfer the pictures to the computer you have to turn the switch on to get the computer to detect it, Do you have your manual? if not reply back and I can send you directions. The other thing is you may have not taken any pictures if you did not have it set up right.

Cannon SD 750 - when i try to take a picture a black screen appe

Think that you accidentally pressed the DISP or DISPLAY button on the back of your camera. This manually turns the LCD display on and off to save batteries. You would then use the optical viewfinder in its place. To turn the screen back on, just press the DISP button one more time.

Does not turn on, bought new battery, still not charging.

I found out that the battery was put in upside down! I was not sure if this was the case because I was able to close the camera. I tried turning it around but it would not fit. I did not try to put in upside down. I think my grandson took it out by mistake and he put it back wrpng.
Unfortunately, there is no safeguard or guide, to stop one from inserting the battery incorrectly!
