I have GCC SignPal Expert 6.5 software that worked fine for the last 6 years, but now won't open.
"This application requires a hardware key be installed, but none was found"
I,ve installed the key to LTP parelle port 2, the password, serial numbers
Which hardware key is it wanting?
The other option is to do a system restore to the point before this occurred. Maybe something changed with the system? If the uninstall and reinstall didn't work, call that software company. If it has to do with a hardware, i'm sure they will have an idea of where to lead you to
I think the validity to use the particular software is over .try to change to a new version.i don't understand what you have said about that hardware key.is it a serial number or any other.it is better to consult with the local seller who have given it to you.i think they can provide you any help on this matter.thank you

Plz try by reinstalling your software and check your system for viruses
Try first to uninstall and reinstall the software to your computer and check if that will fix the problem but if still have the same problem try installing the updated software version and that will fix that problem.

Thanks for the help, but that didn't work.I was waiting for a reply from the expertise team. I guess I'll end up buying a new upgraded Cut/Plot software.
