Question about Compaq Computers & Internet
I made a 5th phone call and was assisted by a tech advisor (not Calvin never heard from him) who instructed me by phone while I sat on pc. I was told I would not be charged for information it's 1st time I have rung therefore I was not prepared to pay $20.00 for an online chat.I am still not sure if pc is programmed to accept updates I installed one update manually tech rep not sure either about other updates time will tell.Thanks for being concerned.
