Question about Rio Carbon MP3 Player
I took mine apart and found the problem is with the drive . the read/write head i unwrapped the drive and on the back you can see the read/write arm used a bin to unstick now works but will not last long as now open to getting dust in with the platters

This means that your hard disk is fucked.the best thing to do is connect it to your usb and format it.Then upgrade the software using rio;s website.hope this helps. cheers
