How are you? Here's the exact answer to your problem: http://psp.about.com/od/music/ht/howtransmusic.htm
Basically, your problem lies in the fact that you do not have folder called PSP at the root of your memory card. Also, that folder needs to contain a MUSIC folder.
Only when you have done all these things will you be able to see your music on your psp. If it doesn't work, refer to the procedure I gave you up there: http://psp.about.com/od/music/ht/howtransmusic.htm
Hope this helped!
Turn on you PSP and go to the System Settings menu then scroll down to "Restore Default Settings". Press the X button (other PSP are O button) to restore the default setting. The password should then
be 0000 or 9999.
try backing up ur data on the psp then restore ur psp to defaults from psp settings and if u cant access that connect ur psp to the computer and try restore from there,,,
sorry i couldnt find any more help
