Mouse installation going wrong

Bought new laptop, also bought matching HP bluetooth mouse....have tried 3x to set it up. I put the setup disc in, works fine, get to the screen where I have to click on two links and follow the directions to complete the setup. The first link goes fine but the 2nd linke does not (the ''pairing'' link). I click on it and it goes for a second then I get a message saying ''cannot find BtCoreIf.dll'' or something similar about not locating that component. It then says that re-installing should fix the problem...except that it hasnt as I tried twice after that. Help!

I bought a new harddrive and my hp nc6220 still says setup did not find any hard disk installed in computer how to fix

You have to check on your bios in advance chipset by pressing F2 or DEL after pressing the power button then go to advance bios, whether it's AHCI or IDE. If its set on IDE change to AHCI by changing the values based on your bios setting for example F5/F6 or page up/page down, or change from native to enhance something like that. Then save the bios settings like F10 or Esc then press Y. Then try installing again your operating system.

How do i switch on bluetooth on my hp 4510s, i know it has blutooth because the time i bought it i used the blurtooth, but after installing a new operating has stopped working.I have the driver...

Ensure that you have turn the bluetooth switch ON and you can see bluetooth icon on the right down corner/ taskbar with white mark (red mark means that the bluetooth is in off position). If you don't see any bluetooth icon, you need to reinstall it's driver. Go to start> run> browse the location of the bluetooth driver> set up

good luck

I bought hp 3006tx which doesnot have bluetooth on it. can u please help me out how to put or intall bluetooth on my laptop or is there any product that i can use it ???

There are several products on the market that would fix this problem for you. If you do a simple Google search for "Bluetooth dongle" you will find lots of places that sell these (and let you know what they look like). Also, most computer stores have these for sale.

Buy a bluetooth dongle, follow the instructions that come with it & you should be set to go.

Hope this helps ;)

First go thru the manual of the pc
2nd if they commited something wrong to you refer to the same vendor from where you baught this pc
Apart from that go to device manager and find out if we have any exclamation ,question marks or red x`s there
if we have go to their properties and find out wht kinda device is it you can refer to for further information how to find the information of the device and drivers

I don't like VISTA!!!!!!!!!!!1

Ok, you need to put a new Op system on the computer, (I assume you want XP) If you have an older HP computer that came with XP on it, you probably already have the discs

Now keep in mind, you will probably have to go online and get the drivers for a lot of your hardware (modem/ethernet port, wireless card, maybe even your touch mouse)

may be your computer has no bluetooth adapter that came with it.

i suggest you go to the shop that you bought the computer and ask them if your computer is bluetooth compatible or not.
