Yesterday my Mp3 was fine but It went finalizing the data by itself came back on and I couldn't listen to any music I went to play all and all It did was show the artist and kept hopping to the next artist and so on. It did the finalizing data again came back on and said no files but when I went to windows media player it shows I still have music on the player and to today when I turn it on it won't stay on to finalize the data what do I do
I dont quite know but if you still have the software if not http://www.sandisk.com/DriverDownload/index.asp there is the website to get it. If you use that software you should be able to see what songs it has on it and take them all off.
And put a couple of songs on from a different selection on it (none from the original sync) and use the software to put it on and see if that works.
