Question about Panasonic TH-50PHW6B 50 in. Plasma Television

Panasonic PT-52LCX66...Connecting to HD

This is my first HD tv and I am not entirely sure how to set up proper connections and make this tv hd. I purchased the necessary cord, I believe and got a HD box from cox. Can you please give me any additional information. Thanks

The TV is "automatically" HD. You probably have to turn to the HD channels (which sometimes require a subscription through the cable company. For example in my cable company there are 2 Fox stations, channel 10 with is NOT HD and then channel 810 whish IS HD

Follow the power cord inside the set---be aware precautions and care need to be taken when opening the set--easy to damage screen etc if not done properly.

In this set usually not a fuse if dead unless no power light--nothing at all.....

Here are the steps to reset the Lamp Timer for your Panasonic Multimedia Projection HDTV:

  1. Plug your Television in.
  2. Press the POWER button on the TV or the remote control.
  3. Press and hold the VOL- button on the TV, while holding the 0 button on the remote control for at least 5 seconds.
  4. When the reset procedure is complete, a confirmation screen will appear.
  5. Release the buttons and the LAMP indicator will go out.

I bought a lamp for my pt-52lcx66 and now my tv wont turn on


Tear it down and recheck. Sounds like a bad or reversed connection.

To reset lamp timer in Panasonic PT-52LCX66..
Press and hold Volume Down button on TV front and press and hold 0 (zero) button on TV remote at same time for 6 seconds, a lamp reset message will appear on TV screen.

Changed bulb on panasonic PT-52LCX66-k and cant reset timer.

that was the result/ efecft of putting big speakers beside your tv monitor, that will be taken or soleved by swiping a magnet beside your tv monitor, if dont know how is it, its better to refer to the electronic experts near you.

How to reset defaults Panasonic HD PT-47WX53G TV/picture


First of all are you sure you were in the factory menu this step requires alot of known how!!!!!! By using your hand unit only customer controls can be reached unless you know factory menu setup. Which starts like this ,make sure antenna to cable then go to menu set sleep timer to 30 mins exit out now enter ch 124 then press v- down on tv you should now see on top CHK ,also these sets have double convergence patterens.if you were in factory set up for more information look in www.freelists.org techassist/09-2005 .let me know if you still need help.
