the flash memory of your mp3 player is having some trouble so please take it to a repairing center to repair it you can find the sony authorised center from www.sony.com
I hade just that prob. "format error" used to display. I did this:
1. dwl sonicStage (free)
2.- in the walkman went to menu/initialize/format
then displayed a confirmation screen, I confirmed
it displayed "formating...... COMPLETE"
3.- THEN plugged into the PC and transfered songs with Sonic
and it worked!
i got that problem too but they talk about sonicmusic
the same problem. can't find anything that helps
I turn my nw-s703f and say "No data"
