Question about Hess 2007 Monster Truck With Motorcycles

Where are the batteries on the 2007 monster truck located

I have looked and looked and cannot find the batteries to change them. Please help. Thanks, Jack

On the truck, flip it over and unscrew the screw right near the switch for the lights.  On the motorcycles, the battery compartment is behind the front wheel.  put your fingers on both flanges that stick out and pull down (away from the motorcycle).  A lid will pull out.  There are two A76 batteries for each motorcycle.

The Wildfire rc monster truck can play the sound and lights, but the remote control will not operate the truck... new batteries have been tried. Any suggestions?


There may be a frequency setting on the remote control, the vehicle, or both. The switch typically looks the same as the On/Off switch only "A" and "B" would replace on and off. If the product has this feature, make sure that the switches on both items matches.

Has lost its torque wont drive through grass


batteries have what they call a memory. if you use them and only discharge them half, then you can only recharge them half. sorry but your only solution is to replace the battery. next time discharge the battery fully or at least three quarters of the way. the torque is in the battery, not the motor. have fun with those toys.
