My recording has just disappeared after looking with zero size.

If you can listen to the recording, on the player, it must be a different format. Play the recording back whilst recording on your laptop, if your laptop has no internal microphone, buy an external one, for recording.

Hi ! .I recorded my voice in the MSI 527. How may I play that record ? What button must I set to visualize and ear the archive. Thank you very much Marisa

To play a microphone recording file, press the Menu button once, and then push the Menu button to the right once, and now you should read the message of VOICE appearing on the Display. Press the Menu button again, and then use the Menu button to select a desired microphone recording file by pushing the Menu button to the right or to the left. Once the desired microphone recording file is selected, press the "play/pause" button to start playing the file.
this is all from the manual hope this helps

I had recorded voice in PHILIPS (SAXX )which have been stored int the Recordings Library. But when i want to hear, i find a reply the " file format not supported". What to do to hear the voice...

If you connect your player to the PC and select your device in Windows Explorer you should find a "Voice" folder that contains your recordings. The files are named as voicexxx.wav and you can simply copy and paste them to the PC.
If you have problem with this and want to get additional help please define the exact type of your player because almost all the types of gogear are SAxx .

Voice recording

Press Menu to display the Home menu. Press + or - to select Voice Memo. Press >>| to highlight Start Recording and press >|| to start recording. Press >|| to pause or resume recording. Press Menu to stop recording.

It's all in the manual under Voice Memo. If you've misplaced your manual, you can download a new copy from the manufacturer's web site at

Hook up your mp3 player to your computer
Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer"
When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal

Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that
you do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want,

Hey EMURK72,

According to information provided by the manufacturer, you should be able to enable voice recording by following the steps below:

1) Press the menu button ("M") twice to enter the main menu.

2) Press the "+" or "-" button to highlight "Voice Recording," then press the next track button to advance.

3) Press the "+" or "-" button to highlight "Record," then press the next track button to enter voice recording mode.

4) If you press the "●" button when the display screen says "Ready," you should then be able to start voice recording.

5) You can press the "Play/Pause" button to pause and resume recording.

6) Pressing the "●" button a second time stops recording.

If you'd like more information or step-by-step instructions that include visual aides, you may wish to refer to your owner's manual.

Recorded voice files

Of course, first you need to transfer those recordings from your mp3 to your computer. Then open up whatever cd burning software you use, choose make audio cd, click add files and choose your recordings and burn. L8R
