My post in your premium question was not meant for your thread. I had several open at the time and put mine in yours by mistake. My deepest apologies if this upset you.

I know my response on the face of it was way out of the area of your question and not applicable. I can understand you marking it Inappropriate (IA).

The IAs in our system are meant for abusive posts that are offensive and may contain slurs of any sort.

I would apprecaite it if you could return and just mark mine as TFT. An IA mark affects our rating at FixYa very severely.

I've already advised our manager as to why this occurred.

these days theres only a accept and ask button in the premium problems. the user needs to press accept for you to get fixya. theres no helpfull anymore.

cleaning out the toner recycle auger really good helps. the bushings get caked with toner and the auger won't spin well.

Please let me clarify:
I meant after getting cut off from a chat, following up through two posts, supplying all the necessary links to make life easier, your obvious patience, why, after all that do you get an Inappropriate rating?

It was uncalled for, undeserved, unwarranted and unfair. You were trying to help, doing everything you could and this is the gratitude? Outrageous!

Maybe I shouldn't have stuck my nose in. I just not the type of person that does nothing when something is wrong. I'm in the same position as you, I dislike it when you try to help someone and get dumped on.

In my opinion, you went above and beyond in your attempts to assist this person. I posted before thinking about what your state of mind might have been at the time.

I should have chosen my words with greater care. I apologize if you took it the wrong way. That was certainly not my intention.

You may be in luck, Can it connect to a projector, maybe. Can it show videos, yes. Now do me a favor. Open a new request, as a premium. Make it the max because this will take a minute. In the Title put for Just_Bobz ONLY. By the time we are done, well let me put it like this. My wife has an E and she uses it as a remote for the TV, an MP3 through the trucks speakers, a slide show, need I say more? Looking forward to hearing from you. Hi Dave,
it costed some time, but I found the premium

The original premium was dated Nov 27, the solution was assigned by default, before you even started to complain.

I am writng to L. to ask if there is a way to transfer the premium, singe getting a Fixya in there wont give you the reward , as premium had been assigned by default.

The thing will take more than one day, probably one week or so.

I hope it is clear that I am doing this because I think you are a good expert, and I agree you solved user's problem.
this is not standard procedure, and complaining in the lounge does not entitle anybody to any premium or make you better than others.

Also experts should not tell any user to ask refund or that other experts here are not competent.

I hope they can give you the premium, I saw you spent a lot of time on this user, and he really loves your assistance.

Thanks for helping with the Ask Me questions I had. Posting this Ask Me test as a Toilet Hardware issue was great. LOL I'm responding now to get the request off my profile page, and to let you know I saw that you got screwed with a TFT from that response to the premium dryer problem you did recently. But basically there is no questions that you 'have' to answer, its all up to you what you answer to.

you need to earn the rank of a wiz / guru and have atleast 30 solutions to start seeing the premium problem which you can get paid from.

the amount of car premiums is expanding so new car experts are welcome. as long as you know your stuff.

Its a shame cars arent my expertice atleast a hundred $$$ gone by in car premiums in the last few days.

The premiums will be shown above the original problems. also if you let requests sit on your list and don't answer to them in 1 day, they will be stuck there and cant be removed ( got many of those stuck there..)
