I know my response on the face of it was way out of the area of your question and not applicable. I can understand you marking it Inappropriate (IA).
The IAs in our system are meant for abusive posts that are offensive and may contain slurs of any sort.
I would apprecaite it if you could return and just mark mine as TFT. An IA mark affects our rating at FixYa very severely.
I've already advised our manager as to why this occurred.

these days theres only a accept and ask button in the premium problems. the user needs to press accept for you to get fixya. theres no helpfull anymore.

cleaning out the toner recycle auger really good helps. the bushings get caked with toner and the auger won't spin well.

Please let me clarify:
I meant after getting cut off from a chat, following up through two posts, supplying all the necessary links to make life easier, your obvious patience, why, after all that do you get an Inappropriate rating?
It was uncalled for, undeserved, unwarranted and unfair. You were trying to help, doing everything you could and this is the gratitude? Outrageous!
Maybe I shouldn't have stuck my nose in. I just not the type of person that does nothing when something is wrong. I'm in the same position as you, I dislike it when you try to help someone and get dumped on.
In my opinion, you went above and beyond in your attempts to assist this person. I posted before thinking about what your state of mind might have been at the time.
I should have chosen my words with greater care. I apologize if you took it the wrong way. That was certainly not my intention.
