Question about Kenmore 82722 Electric Portable Dryer
I have a Kenmore portable Heavy Duty 110v 3 prong Dryer. when we get clothes out of it we get a slight little shock from the rim of the dryer, feels like a constant static electricity shock as if some one was rubbing feet on carpet. then recently the cord has been heating up after only a load. I have taken apart and blown all the dust out as well as checked all the wiring. I was wondering what it sounds like could be the problem.
To me it sounds like you could have the polarity reversed on the wiring. Also is the outlet that it is plugged in to grounded that alone will cause a shock to be given off, Have goods holiday, biigg53566+
