Question about Dishwashers
I've found two dishwashers the same model I have now I'm wondering if its worth buy both. 1 is like new and the other could be used for parts. I'm having trouble now finding parts, but wondering how old this model# is?
Let me see if I can help you. If the unit have a hot water booster behind the bottom panel, and it is located on the left and oval shape; well that's old. most parts are no longer available. If the booster tank is on the right side and somewhat square looking, then there is a chance.
Normally the model and serial number are stamped on a piece of metal, riveted on the upper section of the door.
More, models like wm5h or sr24 were very popular and most parts are still available.
I suggest you search the internet for those models, see if they match what you have.
