Philips photframe model 7FF1.

Philips photframe model 7FF1. Been abroad for 6 mths - came home and turned frame on - fine. Tried to load phots, forgot changed computer before went away so software was for XP whereas new computer runs Vista basic. it initially stuck with "transferring" first photo. I turned it off and now it just comes on to say Philips and goes no further. No response to any of the buttons on the back and when I turn it to off it stays with a green light until the internal battery runs out or I reset it. Presume it couldn't cope with the photo format and has gone into some sort of loop - anyone any suggestions please?
