Hello anasgsds,
Here is a link so that you can get the service manual http://136.166.4.200/contents/Dishwasher/LDF7811xx/LDF7811xx_Service_Manual.pdf
however if your dishwasher water inlet valve isn;t closing all the way to stop water from filling the wash compartment then that may be your problem. You may have some foreign matter in there and it can't stop water from trickling in even thou the valve is commanded to shut off by the control system. You or someone you know that is handy may be able to shut off your incoming water supply, and gain access to the inlet valve .. remove it and either clean it or replace it from the documentation I've provided.. That would be where I would concentrate my efforts initially. ( assuming that your statement is accurate about not being able to stop water from coming in) In all cases, make sure you remove or disconnect power before performing any service to it.. Let me know if you need further assistance..
Regards,
Rick

Should still be under warranty. Contact retailer. Don't try doing anything else to it in case you void the warranty.

Whirlpool dishwasher wont wash

if the bottom tub is filling with water but not washing the issues is with the wash motor, some of this model use a start capacitor that can fail, if it has a capacitor on the side of the motor it may have failed but are difficult to diagnose but are cheap to replace so worth trying, if this doesn't help or if it doesn't have a capacitor then the fault is with the wash motor.

The second led is flashing. Water did nit drain at first. Then drained. Cannot press the start/reset button, nothing happens. Sounds like the pump was working, now doesn't seem to be. Help!!!

Hi
Dishwasher not draining issue usually occurs due to kinked drain pipe, clogged drain filter or drain pump. First make sure that the drain is not clogged and remove clogs if present. If no visible lint is present then remove the lower front access panel to check the drain filter and drain pump for any clogs, you'll need to clean the drain filter and drain pump completely. Also, check for any food pieces stuck near the pump impeller & clean the chopper assembly. Please note that dishwashers don't drain out the complete water such that heating element doesn't overheat. Hope this helps... Please post back for any further assistance.

Water will not drain out after wash cycle. water collects in the bottom

One of three possibilities: 1. the controller is not sending power to the pump and solenoid; 2. the water pump has failed; 3. the solenoid (drain) valve has failed.

Can you hear the pump running when the unit is in the draining mode? If so, then the controller and pump are good and the solenoid is bad.

All these parts are underneath the unit and can be accessed from the front bottom panel.

The you don't hear the pump running then you'll need to check for power to it using a voltmeter. If you get power, then the pump is bad. If not power is coming from the controller when it is in "drain" mode, then the controller has failed.

Do not attempt any electrical testing if you are not confident with a meter and your electrical skills. Call a professional service technician.

If this helps you, please select YES to one of the first two ratings questions. Thank you, and Good Luck.
