More information please. The make, model and year of the vehicle. What kind of noise is it? A Squeak? A thump? A rumble? A squeal? A whine? Without this we cannot work out what the problem could be.

Hi there. Clean both fans if dirty. (inside and outside) Check for foreign objects like insulation caught in the squirl cage blower. Make sure unit is level. Check for vibrating tubes. Thanks Paul
