Question about Syscan DocketPORT 665
I am getting below error message and try to install software but it will not allow me to do so. Error Message " The scan was aborted because the sanner is not powered on or not connected properly. Please check the hardware connection and try again". Please let me know what I need to do.

1.open the HP Director/Solution Center 2.click on scan menu and go to destination list tab 3. on the left side u will find a list of available destinations , move them all to the right side (front panel destination list) and save and then try to scan again , IT MAY WORK

SOURCE: Scanning probelm with my MP810
May be MP Navigator not compatible with Kaspersky 2009.
If you use KIS or KAS to protect your computer,disable KIS/KAS protection and try again.
I have same problem with my MP150 and after disable protection of my KIS2009, MP Navigator work perfectly.

Go to Device Manager and most likely the travelscan pro 600 is not popping up under imaging devices where it should be. Unplug the scanner and plug it into a different USB port. Try this on all the USB Ports on the machine if it reappears in device manager then the software will work. If you are using a USB extention cord or USB hub get rid of them till you try all the ports. If it doesn't i would suggest contacting the manufacture and seeing if the scanner is still under warranty.

firstly I hope the model number is correct. if yes try once again the following steps.
disconnect the Docketport from usb. go to device manager and see there devices marked with yellow exclamation mark. remove them and restart the windows.
1. download the driver and install it
2. secondly Docketscan application is needed ..download it too and intall
now try connecting the dockerport
I hope this should make things work.
