The turntable and the magnetron are two separate items and one should not impact the other. Since the other items are working it is doubtful that the fuse is bad. Also you need to know that the proper way to work on a microwave requires the use of special equipment to check for microwave leakage, it is not recommended to service them yourself.
okay thats sounds like you have to take your microwave to a repair man.the HV capacitor can be open or the magnetron is bad these 2 components i mention are responsible for the heating of your microwave if they go bad..then your microwave wont heat.good luck.
The magnetron is the most likely cause, "heats food" this part is the heart of the microwave and expensive. The other two parts to consider is the high voltage capacitor and diode, but repairs will run high depending on the nature of the problem.
