First, you should backup your data. You should then download the latest firmware from i-Mate or your cellular provider (if available). You may need to unlock your phone if it is not unlocked.

Once the new firmware is installed, you should not have problems. Updating the firmware can be a lengthy experience. I would set aside 2-4 hours to upgrade and get your information back on.

A much faster method would be to hard reset the phone. If the problem persists, it is most likely a hardware issue with the backlight of the phone. It may need to be replaced.

Does the backlight turn on when the phone is booting up (after a reset or turning on)

My phone is running low in main storage and i decide to copy some files on my storage card and after i copied it all programs are gone and i have to go through to internet to open it.Games are missed,...

Sounds as if the programs may have been removed when copying the data to the memory card.

By default, when programs are installed on a cellphone they get installed to the main storage memory.

To get these programs working again you will need to reinstall them. I would suggest installing the bigger programs onto the memory card to free up space on the main memory.

Also, enusre that photos, audio files etc are saved onto your memory card, if not, move them to the memory card, this will free up more space on the cellphone main memory.

Hi mate got problem with samsung jet s800

These are the troubleshooting and resolution steps for customers who see "Emergency Calls Only" or similar messages on their wireless phones. This message normally indicates that the customer lacks a wireless service provider/account or the device/SIM is not recognized.

  1. Power-cycle the device.
    1. Power off the phone. While the SIM card is out of the device, clean the SIM card contacts by following these additional steps:
      1. Gently wipe the SIM with a soft cloth.
      2. Clean the gold contacts on the SIM card using a pencil eraser.
      3. Carefully remove all eraser residues from the SIM card.
      4. Carefully replace the SIM card back into its cavity.
      5. Check for Liquid damage; refer to Liquid Damage Indicator (LDI) Log.
      6. Once the SIM card is secure, replace the battery and back cover and power on the phone.
  2. Place an outbound call.
  3. If the test call is successful, end the call.
  4. If the test call is not successful and it is possible, test the SIM card in another known working device.
    • To ensure accurate results, the test device must be the same technology as the device in question (UMTS, GSM, etc).
    • Ensure the test device is the same type of device (smartphone to smartphone, non-smartphone to non-smartphone).
  5. If the test call is successful with the SIM in a different phone,
  6. If the test call is not successful, the SIM needs to be replaced. Or you can call at&t so they can give you a free sim card. it depends on the situation.
( i hope i answer your question )

Gallery is showing busy.

I think the memory is overloaded. A phone usually recognizes when the memory is less but in your case the phone failed to recognize the increasing load and got overloaded. Thus to get it out of load, reformat the phone memory. For this you need to Turn off your phone. Then press and hold the green call button ( the button you press when you receive call or take call ) and while doing it press the " 3 " No. on the keypad and also the " * " key while pressing both Green and 3 Key. Be sure you don't disengage any of the buttons. And in that state of 3 keys ( Call, 3 , * ) pressed, Turn on the phone. This can be difficult, for it you can take help from any other person to press the keys. As soon as the phone is switched on, the memory format process will start and the original data and features will be restored to the phone. The 1st formatting process may be difficult so I will give you an easy way. Only enter and dial *#7370# code and the formatting process will start.
WARNING :---- The first process formats the memory card to factory settings with all your data safe, but the second process involving the code will cause loss of program files on your phone. It will not harm but you will lose your personal, official, etc all types of files which you installed.
Thank you Sir, Have a nice day.
