Question about Cooper Industries 3WAY WHITE COPAL SWITCH
If you hold the button in it will complete the cycle, however if you release the button it stops. Any suggestion?
Will on the door bell button you need a resistor jumper between the screws you can find one a raido shac but you will need to get on line with the maker on doorbell and find out what resistor you need

What exactly is the cycle? If its a standard doorbell, thats right when you push in it makes contact copleting the circuit. Hence you Get a traditional Ding dong for front door and a ding for a second or rear door. if you release early it breaks the path of low voltage current and does not dong.
With that said is your door bell a custom doorbell, that could change things
