Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
I got new toy-8 GB for my husband, our computer at home and his computer at office did not recognize this device. Both of them are operating under Windows XP.
Windows XP Professional Edition causes problems for many mp3 players - it actually reformats the player in a way that one or the other computer cannot properly use it. I would reformat your mp3 player and start over froms cratch (or avoid the problem computer).
