I have successfully used Pinnacle

I have successfully used Pinnacle Studio 10 Plus with my Cannon GL2 mini camcorder for a couple of years. I have not used it for about 8 months, however. I have now resumed using the software, have tried to capture a miniDV movie and I am having trouble. I invoke the camcorder using the controls in the picture presented by Pinnacle. The camcorder begins running, the capture starts and for about one second the image on the camcorder screen also appears on my computer screen in the Pinnacle window. However, after that one second the window goes black and there are no images captured in the Pinnacle album. The camcorder continues to run and the movie shows on the camcorder screen itself.
