Re: trying to use the bizhub 200 as a network printer.
First thing your going to have to do is go into the administrator setup of the copier by pressing the utility counter button. The password is 12345678 by default. Select network settings and enter an available ip address for your copier along with the subnet mask and gateway settings.
These settings work for a 300. I don't know if any of these changed for a 200 series. Let me know if they do.

need details - what OS, is it hardwired via USB or connecting via network or wifi - could be port is blocked in your router's firewall, could be port is blocked in the PCs firewall, could be lots of things. Not sure what you mean by going online to clear documents - online where? is this a "cloud" printer? try shutting off printer for 20-30 sec then restart it - that may clear docs stuck in it's internal memory. going to need more details if you expect anyone to offer more detailed troubleshooting.
Have you given it its IP address? Is set up on a network or just a single computer? If single computer will need a cross over cable. Cat 5 do you print driver disk or down load from Konica Minolta web site download driver are free.

usb cable or network cable must be connected with your system and machine.
All the best
First of all, bizhub 250/350 is not a single pc scanner.you cannot use it as a scanner by connecting usb cable with it.its a network scanner.so to use it as a network scanner, you have to do these main steps........ 1-assign a free ip address to the machine. 2-ping it from the system to check the connection between machine and computer. 3-now, make a scanner one touch account on the machine. 4-enter computer's ip address in the destination option. 5-create a folder on the desktop of your computer and share it.give it full rights. 6-turn the firewall off. 7-enter the folder name which you have made, in the machine. 8-enter user name and password of your computer in machine.i mean while making scanner one touch account. 9-now place the original on glass and scan it........
What you have done should have worked.
You may need to enter the IP address into the printer using the printer console not via the computer printer properties.
If it still does not work check the IP address range of your network card, the printer's Ip address needs to be in the same range, ie the first group of numbers must be the same, only the last group of numbers are different.
You may need to use a LAN hub with normal LAN cables and not a crossover cable.
if you cannot connect to your bizhub 250's page then please perform these actions to get rid of this problem.
steps are as follows:-
1-Check that your computer is connected with the machine via network cable. (via Hub etc)
2-if you know the IP adddress of the machine then ping it from your computer.
3-To ping an ip address simple go to "RUN" at the start menu. and type "ping _._._._._,_,_, (ip address of the machine" in the blank you will type the ip address which you want to ping. after entering press "ENTER"
if it shows TTL=64, or TTL=32, OK then it means your machine and computer ids coonected with each other.
4-is still webpage is not viewing then install the page scope software or check your connection between machine and computer.
Your router supports a total of 8 connections. However, on the back there are 9 physical ports. Port 8 has two physical connectors where one (we will call it port 8a) is used to connect to a PC and the other (we will call that port 8b) is used as an uplink port. The uplink port (8b) cannot be used if something is pluged into 8a. If you are trying to use all 9 physical ports that is likely ther problem. If you need more than 8 devices connected to your switch get another 8 port switch (any brand will do) and connect the two switches via the UPLINK port with a 7 foot CAT-5 cable. Do not use a CAT-5 patch cable less then 7 feet long to connect two network devices together such as computer to switch or switch to switch as that will probably cause another problem with timing.
Another possibility is that the device at the end of port 8 has a malfunctioning network adapter. Try connecting a laptop to port 8a using a 7' CAT-5 cable. You may also want to try pluging the problem cable into another port as a way to test if the problem is somewhere along the cable run.
1. Make sure the wireless is disabled when you're doing that. It might cause a confusion between the wired and wireless connection.
2. Try to plug it at other ports (1-4)
3. Try another known working ethernet or CAT-5 cable.
4. Set the laptop's LAN card's speed to 10-hald duplex.
