We purchased a Crosley Top loading high capacity washer several months ago. Why are ALL the clothes, regardless of fiber content, wrinkled when they come out of the washer? It does not matter the size

That's a normal result of the spin cycle which wrings the excess moisture out of the fabrics. The wrinkles should disappear, or be significantly reduced, after running them through a clothes dryer, or hanging them properly for line drying.

However, more wrinkles will remain if you allow the damp clothes to remain in the washer too long before drying.

How can I get less wrinkles in my clothes after wash cycle is finished?

I use the dryer to get the wrinkles out. If i have a wrinkled shirt that is already dry and I need to wear it, I put it in the dryer for a few minutes with a wet wash rag.

How to remove wrinkles from polyester table cloth?

After unfolding a new tablecloth, you'll quickly notice those pesky creases. Even after washing and drying the tablecloth, they may still be there and with wrinkles too. Before you iron a polyester tablecloth -- which if done incorrectly may burn, melt, stain or shrink the fabric -- try rewashing and drying it in a manner that reduces wrinkles and helps get rid of creases. Then, iron only if necessary.

Re; my washer-dryer ZKH 7146 J, bought 2013. I wish to wash and dry Allergy Covers for bed linen mattress, pillow cases etc (100% cotton) which must not be washed or dried at more than 40 degrees. ...

I had to ask my doctor about that for my daughter and she told me to line dry. inside if possible because outside would only put pollen and other spores on it.

Comes out wrinkled and the wrinkle guard does not work. I have tried every setting.

You may have either a bad control board or the wrinkle guard sensors are failing. Either way you want to get a tech out to look at them. It is not something the average home owner should tackle. The wrinkle sensors are 2 metal pads that measure the moisture level. If they are shorted it will bypass the extra heating needed.
Sadly Kenmore of today is not the same as it was 30 years ago. its all the same now. Whirlpool, Kenmore(elite or otherwise) and maytag. That said, once the sensors of control board are repaired, you will be in good shape.

How do you dry on this machine? if you dry on the green, does it completely dry?

The automatic preheat and drying cycle kicks in as the final wash spin is under- way. The system employs a condenser dryer in which the hot air used to dry the clothes is channeled into a drum, instead of being released into the great outdoors via a dry vent hose. Cold water is drawn into the drum at the same time. The two mix, and the result is a condensing process.

The chlothes should be dry. there may be a damp feeling to them but otherwise dry. If your machine is not drying then the element could be going bad, or a thermal cutoff. those would be the easyiest fixes.

The BIG drawback is drying. It takes about 90 minutes to dry a load, and the clothes come out very wrinkled. Because the drum is so small, the clothes don't 'toss' in heated air and don't fluff at all. Clothes also come out stiffer than a regular dryer.

Clothes come out extremly wrinkled on top loding whirlpool washer

This is normal. You can try a lower spin setting or smaller loads. The wrinkles will come out in your dryer.

Wrinkles!!!!!!!!

This is a frequent complaint with the following known  solutions:
  • You might be drying them too long. back the time down so that the cool down cycle happens right as the clothes are dried.
  • Try smaller loads.
  • You should dry heavy fabrics and light fabrics separately.
  • Fabric softener in the washer may help to prevent wrinkles from forming in the dryer.
