I have had the battery changed and the hands will not sync with the display

Their web site is not very helpful on instructions, so I suggest you go there http://www.breitling.com/ and click on "service centers" to locate your nearest, and ask them for advice (and a set of instructions perhaps).

Digital display problem. Top display window not working. Bottom display window not showing full digits

Not good news. The parts are only available from Breitling and this will require the watch is sent to them. There is probably a fault on the circuit,if its out of any guarantee this will be costly. There is a UK Breitling repair centre try Breitling.com or find a good stockist.

Setting tha alarm

Press MODE (lower left) button until "ALARM" appears in the display. Then press SET (lower right) button. T1 should flash to indicate you are setting an alarm for Time 1. Press MODE to cycle through the alarm settings. Press ALARM (upper right) button to advance the hours, tens and minutes to the desired time. The alarm is on if the middle symbol (lines) on the left of the display is shown. The hourly chime is on if the lower symbol (bell) on the left of the display is shown. When you are done, hit MODE (lower left) again to return to normal time display.
