How to unlock or to replace the board

One month before I lock my hdd with master passw in the bios of my laptop Fujitsu Siemens E7010 and use it with user pasw. Now i forget the master passw and reset the bios of laptop. I know the user passw and try to unlock the hdd with it but without success. I try also atapwd. Any idea? I bought a new identical hdd (change only on the firmware serial number) and try to replace the boards. The bios does not recognize it. Any idea. What I can do? Maybe the serial number of the firmware? I need my documents.....Thanks in advance for response

Forgot windows password, you can reinstall Windows or reset the old password with windows password reset tool. I do not recommend you to reinstall Windows, which can lead a data loss. You can downloaded Windows Password Reset 9.0 and burned it to a CD/DVD or USB memory card. Then to remove the password. http://www.reset-windows-password.com

Maksiza, I had a customer who would had their harddrive locked. It was a DELL machine, using a travelstar drive, we called DELL verified they were the owners and they gave the master hard drive password to the hard drive and it worked beautifully. Call Samsung with the machine serial number/tag number/asset number whatever and they should have it if not try fujitsu. http://www.samsung.com/products/notebook/index.htm# http://www.fujitsu.com/us/services/computing/storage/hdd/contact/index.html The Fujitsu site looks better. Good Luck, Tim p.s. Of course we called DELL after 10 hours of searching.

You need the bios master password to clear the current unknown bios password. You can get the bios master password from http://www.unlockbiosrecovery.com/Unlock_Fujitsu_Bios.php They charge $20 and guarantee it to work. I use them a few times a month with my work repairing laptops.

I have a fujitsu siemens AMILO Pro v8210 ,hardisk derial nr.871100490181 0807. Every time ill switch it on it ask for SATA HDD PASSWORD.wHAT IS THIS AND WHERE CAN I GET...
Problem 1:
The hard drive has been encrypted and password protected for theft protection. SATA HDD passwords cannot be reset or circumvented, if the person who entered the code does not tell it to you, the hard drive must be replaced for a new one. Again, there is no remedy. Connecting the HDD to a different computer and formatting the drive won't work either.

Problem 2:
Siemens and Fujitsu divorced some time ago, but Fujitsu continues to support the joint venture customers. An authorized Fujitsu service station can remove the BIOS password, but you will need to show proof of ownership.

When I switch on power, system will ON but black screen some times its ON with Fujitsu logo then a strip of white line & afterwords black screen
At boot up press F2 and enter the BIOS. Here from the first Menu see if the HDD is being read as that seems to be the problem that you are facing. The control is not reading the HDD and hence it does not go beyond the Fujitsu Logo. If the HDD is being read then probably the Windows has gone corrupt and would need re installation.
If HDD is not being read then you must show it to a professional.

I have a Fujitsu Siemens Lifebook E7010, and smotimes it work great, but somtimes it will not start, there ar just 1 long beep and 2 short beep tones. pleas help
check for updates on fujitsu web.. it seems you have to flash the bios.. (when it beeps in most cases there is hardware problem... proc, ram, hard drive, or even mother board... check with manufacture if he had post some of the new updates for your laptop

Bios master Problem
For a Siemens your master reset is [SKY_FOX] without the brackets.

My fujitsu lifebook e7010 doesnt always turn on properly
If an external monitor is plugged in an the display is ok then the problem is probably an inverter board or bad/loose flex cable to the lcd screen.

If the external display is distorted then the problem is the video adapter on the laptop.
