Question about PC Desktops
On the volume control , then, options, properties, mark them all in the menu of playback,
then a board of all sound conrol will appear, try to mute any of these control one by one to see which one is responsible of the server sound, then when you find it keep it on mute mode .

If the PC boots properly, then this beep is normal. It is an audio cue that the PC has passed the POST and started to boot.
