Need a user manual for the Plantronics CS70 NC

I have received the Plantronics CS70 NC, however, there was no user manual. How can I obtain such a manual?

No solution yet - I thought like many other vendors there would be a manual available on the web site - negatory!

No sound when coming from the headset

Check the compatibility setting on the left side of the Plantronics CS70 base, number "1" should be in the 3 O'clock position. Also check the cable connections, unplug and re-plug the cables. If the headset is dead, then the internal battery may be worn out and it may need to be replaced. The headset replacement model is 72910-01. Below is a link for the user guide to help with the compatibility settings and adjustments, as well as a link to the newer Plantronics headset that replaced the CS70.

I have a CS70 NC and all of a sudden one day people started complaining abot me sounding like a cell phone cutting in and out. I double-checked all of the settings adn finally gave figuring the battery...

If all the dials are in the correct place, check one more time. It could be that there is interference from your phone or your phone line. If all else fails contact the company you purchased it from, and have them do support on line with you.

OmI have a CS70 NC and I cannot walk very far and hear who I'm talking too. Also, the people/person I'm on a conference call with - I can't hear them very well. help please

My guess would be the battery is dying in your headset. The battery is not replaceable but the headset is. See link below.

The headset picks up but it doesnt answer the phone. CS70 NC headset.

If it's not answering the phone, your phone may need to be programmed for auto-pick up so that it automatically opens the telephone line when you turn on your headset. Also, make sure the round compatibility dial (located to the left of the base) is set right (not between numbers and most phones work on setting #1).

Headset picks up but there's no dial tone and we can't dial out.

The CS70 headset is definitely paired up to the base and has a good connection if the lifter raises up, sounds like maybe the compatibility setting may need adjusting. The number one should be in the three O'clock position, the compatibility setting is on the left side of the base unit. Here is a link below for the user guide if you need help with the adjustment.

I have a CS70 NC./ no lifter. What is the set up procedure to use my headset without lifting my phone handset. With the base plugged into the headset port of the phone.

If the Plantronics CS70N wireless headset is plugged into the headset jack on your phone, you will need to push the headset button on the phone and then the call/control button on the wireless headset.

Morning, my headset will put call on hold then i have to hit the "headset" button again on my phone to bring caller back

The CS70 headset only has the ability to mute a call. If you're phone is being put on hold when using the unit, you need to check and see how everything is configured. The user guide below will help you make sure everything is connected correctly.

Plantronics cs70 nc stop working

Make sure that the power is connected to the headset.  You can tell it's connected because there will be a red solid light on the left side of the front of the charging base.  Check the power cord for any frays and make sure it's plugged into the wall.  If it is, then try the following:
A system reset:
1.  Lift the headset off of the base. 2.  Make sure the headset is turned off.  The green light will not be on on the base. 3.  Hold down the minus button at the same time as the call answer button on the headset.  Hold them down for at least 10 seconds.  An orange light on the headset will flash several times.  It should go off when you let go of the buttons.  If the orange light stays solid, push the minus button once. 4.  Put the headset back in the charging cradle.  Leave it for 30 seconds.  Lift it back out of the cradle and try using it again.
