page size in hotmail to wide, changing resolution in sttings does not correct the problem. This is only happening in hotmail.

yes hotmail group sent to all users that they made modifications to bring a new look for the hotmail page... but some users sent their negatives review for some changes in the page. so they are going to make to progress it to better look.. dont worry, they will change it soon .
