I recently gave away my Toucam Pro web Cam to my son but when I try to uninstall the programme I get this message:
An installation support file could not be installed.
The system cannot find the file specified.
Any ideas please on how I can remove it from my programme list?

Re: Unable to remove programme
Try to unstall using the add/remove program.
Here's the step
1. Click start
2. Click control panel
3. Click add/remove program
4. Choose the program you want to remove then click remove.
Hope that will solve your problem

Try uninstalling the software and removing the camera from the usb port.
Reinstall the software and reconnect the cam in a different usb port.
If still not working try in a different pc to make sure the camera does not have a fault.
If it works in another pc then the camera is not compatable as can happen on some pc's and you will have to try a different make of camera.
I would suggest uninstalling the software and trying you cam in a different usb port and installing the software again, but also check in the firewall allowed programmes for whatever IM programme you use.
You can also have a faulty cam or faulty IM programme, so uninstall and reinstall the programme to illiminate it, and ensure you have a good connection as a slow connection causes problems along with running other memory and proccesor hungry programmes
Try a different driver if your not happy, remove cam and uninstall driver again through add/remove programmes.
When you re connect use a different USB port if available.
Sometimes the frequency needs to be set at 50HZ, the same as an Eye toy when it's used as a web cam, as the drivers are usually multi country.
