Was running yesterday but today engine will rotate but wont start. I checked EFI relays and all has power, but no power at the fuel pump. Fuel pump does not make noise when turn key to start but i checked it with a small jumper under the hood on the diagnosis terminal and it seems to be working. I'm stock there, any other ideas.
Spray sum carb cleaner thru intake and see if it starts check all fuses under hood and dash with a test light make sure fuel pump relay is clicking when ign. Is cycled

Make sure the white wire to the pump has a good ground connection to the chassis. Then trace the power through the circuit opening relay. This is the most likely problem, as this is a dual relay. The relay coil gets battery positive from the starter relay, which you know is working or the starter would not turn. Check to make sure the white wire has a good ground connection. see diagram below.

sounds to me that you have an igniton problem not a starter problem and or if you have or had an alarm system could be cause if u do give me feedback and i will explain but seems that your starter is fine from what u say but if you think in terms of the elemts to start a vehicle batery gives pwoer to ignition which sends to starter which gives spark etc i would check you ignition system something is causeing a short and not alowing starter to function

I would definately check the fuel pump relay, should be located in power distribution box in your vehicle, you may be able to switch it out with a relay of the same type to see if it turns on the fuel pump, but you may need a new fuel pump if this doesn't fix it. Hope this helps.

I have replaced the fuel pump at least twice in the 268,000 miles i've owed it... if you have the rear seat off and youve turned your car on and don't hear anything than for sure your pump is not working... you would hear the hummm of a working pump especially without the obstruction of the back seat... your good for replacement

remove the passenger side of your dash "the glove box" there is a circuit opening relay tucked up behind the speaker it's small box. it reseavs signal from efi and maf then sends power to your pump. good luck...peace and love for all...
