Check cp150 2200uf 16v ,if bad there is 2 more capacitor that must be replaced also 220uf 35v cp111 cp114 they are green caps with gold writing on them.

On deflection board,first board on bottom to the left CK capacitors cp150 2200uf 16v if it is puffed up on top it is bad replace 2 other caps in same circuit cp114,cp120 220uf 35v, also resolder all pinns on FBT flyback transfomer.
