Lost a frequency

I have eurovox i seem to have lost frequency 721.448 which means loss of certain channels ie setanta sky sports 2 among others line flashes red for poor quality of signal any help please

    lost setanta sports tried re-tuning box but no joy any solutions greatly appreciated

Just updated using below, have got all back

have u tried a factory reset 0000 to delete,power off at back/on and autoscan ur provider,and emu to on,usually brings them back,do not scan thru splitters as u will lose channels.

My setanta sports and sky channels are gone


You could try this,

sometimes channels change frequency so they dont work,have u tried a factory reset 0000 to delete,power off at back/on and autoscan ur provider,and emu to on,usually brings them back,do not scan thru splitters as u will lose channels.

Lost setanta since last eurovox ntl update


delete setanta, do a rescan, and chanels will come back, they have changed frequency.

No setanta


Try and determine the lowest transponder frequency that you can get a signal on.
Look at the frequencies you already have on the channels saved so far and choose the lowest.
Then in the installation menu select MANUAL SCAN and set that as the frequency.
Make sure you can see a signal and scroll down to Network scan and change to ENABLE with the Right arrow.
While still highlighted, click OK.
Scanning should then begin. It will say 1/1 to start with but should then jump up to 1/?? (the ?? being 2 digits).

put codes in and do scan again it should bring channels back they willl be at the bottom of the channel list
