I need a new battery for my iriver H10 5GB mp3 player.
I am really having difficulty in finding the contact details of the closest iriver service in Turkey. Despite writing iriver EU, they have not yet returned with an answer. I need the price and the address from where I could get it.

Wow, you asked for help back in 08! I had problems getting a responds from them too. I hope your problem was resolved, but just in case....I found my replacement battery on ebay. Amazon may be helpful too.

i called iriver support 714 619 5260 and the company that does tech support for them emailed me a detailed description with pictures of how to repair my h10 20 gig. they said that if i sent it in to iriver it would be 80+ dollars but that i could buy a battery and replace it myself if i followed these steps. havent tried it yet but will.
go to iriveramerica.com and find the product support page. Download the latest firmware. You'll need to save it to your computer. If you don't have the iriver music manager on your computer you will need to download that also and install it.
Open the music manager, click on the format icon and re-format the player. You will lose all your music but you can easily re-load it later. After formatting, click on the firmware upgrade, open the new firmware that you downloaded and your player will be restored.
You should be able to find these instructions in much more detail on the iriver product support page.
And if you can't figure all this out or you just don't want to, contact me and I'll buy it from you. These little 795 players are in high demand.
