Question about HP Photosmart 3310 Printer
Just returned from 2 weeks holidays and was looking through all the emails and printed out ... black working .... saw that there was a HP Update, did the update and now Black will not print. Have replaced the cartridge with a new Genuine HP Cartridge and still no black. Think it has something to do with the Update that was installed because it seems that there are a lot of people with the same problem. How to fix it?????
