Sharp AR155 no detect for LGL size

Good day!
We have Sharp AR155. Our problem is, if we use the cassette tray, the detect is only for LTR size. If the original is LGL the copy scan is only LTR. Also if we use the cassette tray and we want multiple copy using LGL, the print out came out only by one. Maybe there's an adjustment for the cassette tray.
Please help us.
Thanks

I have a paper jam at the back of my printer, where do i open it

Hopefully this will help you. Good luck !

Causes of jams

NOTE If you are experiencing jams in the duplex paper path, make sure that the duplex-tray

lever is set to the correct media size for your country/region. Open the duplex-paper-path door

and look at the embossed arrow on the lever. Make sure that it points to the media size for your

country/region. If the size needs to be changed, push the lever all the way in for duplex printing

on letter- and legal-size media, or pull it all the way out for duplex printing on A4-size media.

A4

LTR,

LGL

A4

LTR,

LGL

Occasionally, paper or other print media can become jammed during a print job. Some causes include

the following events:

? The print media that is being used does not meet HP specifications.

? The media is damaged or has objects attached to it, such as staples or paper clips.

? The environment in which the print media was stored is too humid or too dry.

? The input trays are loaded incorrectly or overfilled, or the media guides are not set correctly.

? Too many sheets have accumulated in an output area, or sheets are blocking an output area.

? Media is added to or removed from an input tray during a print job or an input tray is removed from

the all-in-one during a print job.

? The cartridge door is opened during a print job.

Half picture when making copy in A4

A4 is not a US size if you choose A4 the paper must be that size--
US uses Ltr-- Lgl and 11X14.

My MF5770 display alternates between "Change papersize" and "Check papersize" and will not print. Turning off does not solve the issue, nor does going thru' the menu to change...

You have to check both trays, the cassette and the manual feed:
The Cassette:
Remove the paper tray and inspect everything.. remove the paper, move all of the paper guides and make sure they all lock into place where they should (LTR, LGL, etc)
if the paper size guides are broken/damaged then the machine may not be able to correctly tell the size.

The Manual Feed:
Open up the front door, remove the toner and check the area around the manual feed. You're looking for the flag that tells the machine there's paper in the MFT. If this is stuck it's possible it's incorrectly trying to pull from there.

It may sound silly, but it may work. When you inlarge the LTR page, is it cut off? Try placing the page to be copied or enlarged on the copyboard glass going in the LTR-R direction.. Good Luck
