Error 56, it is always related to a time and synch issue.

Synch the Blackberry time, and the network time to solve the problem.

Once you synch the time the error will go.

Go to optionsmenu, then date/time. There you make sure that the settings are :

1. Set to the right time zone.
2. Have correct date and time.
3. Set date/time source to Network.

That will fix the E 56 problem.

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

  4. Select Use the following proxy .
  5. Check the box next to Proxy requires Authentication .

Your antivirus' firewall may be causing this. Here is a link that could help you allow google talk from your firewall.

You can also do the following:

Add the Google Talk application (googletalk.exe) to the approved list.
Behind a proxy server that requires a proxy username and password? Follow these steps:
  1. Open Google Talk.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Highlight Connection along the left side of the dialogue box.
  4. Select Use the following proxy.
  5. Tick the box next to Proxy requires Authentication.
